Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, professionalism, and time management are essential for adult learners’ success in the classroom, workplace, and community. But how can teachers teach these skills without adding another subject to an already full curriculum?

This interactive session will explore practical ways to teach soft skills and integrate ongoing practice into everyday adult education instruction. Participants will examine ready-to-use resources, classroom routines, scenarios, collaborative activities, and strategies for observing and providing feedback on soft-skill development.
